Strictly the last part should read

but the Release[1] file doesn't list non-free-firmware as a component, contains
no non-free-firmware indices and there are no
bullseye-backports/non-free-firmware/binary-$ARCH[2] directories.

But the effect is the same -- it is empty verging on non-existent!
