Subject: [DNG] question re: system
Greetings

Had occasion to reboot my system a couple days ago and the newest
kernel (linux-image-6.0.0-3-amd64 6.0.7-1) was
chosen - - - big mistake.

Running a Ryzen 7 3800 with a AMD 570X gpu.

So what resulted were "soft lockups" on various of the procs - - - not all.
The first time I rebooted - - - from a different machine although I
had to do a hard reset and the a start. The second time I couldn't log
into the machine from the network and therefore used a hard stop and
then a restart but into kernel (debian info) 6.0.5-1.

This problem has been reported for over 2 years.
For me this is only showing up on the newest available kernel on
Daedalus not on any of the previous 6.0.5-1 or the last of the 5.19
kernels.

How ( and where) do I report this kernel 'bug'?

TIA
