When running the daily jenkins jobs to build the Raspberry Pi arm Devuan
images (generated from https://github.com/dyne/rpi-img-builder) the
build jobs have been succeeding for chimaera, but are failing for daedalus:

https://packages.debian.org/bullseye/crda suggests it is available upstream.

*but*

https://pkginfo.devuan.org/cgi-bin/policy-query.html?c=package&q=crda&x=submit
also suggests it is not available in daedalus

It seems odd that it is present in all other Devuan versions, but
missing from daedalus.
