Your init. Assuming you're using Devuan, that could come from any of

sysvinit-core
runit-init
openrc

You can find out the command invocation with

cat /proc/1/cmdline | tr '\0' ' '

and use `dpkg -S bin/init` to determine the package(s) that provide it
on your system.
