I'm looking at the OSUOSL questionairre for requesting services, and they
have a couple questions I can't answer at present, but I bet someone can.

1. Do we have a notion of userbase?

2. Do we know what a mirror might expect for bandwidth usage? I expect this
wouldn't be huge for us, since we redirect to Debian for many packages.
