Though I'm certainly aboard for avoiding and eliminating bloat, I'll
point out that running selected X11 executables from a headless host,
e.g., tunneled over 'ssh -Y' to a remote X server, is a very, very
standard use case. This of course includes Java bytecode that makes
X11 calls.
