Dear Maintainer,

I run autopkgtest-virt-qemu on Devuan dbus, and some tests fail
because the tests try to call

+ systemctl daemon-reload
/tmp/autopkgtest.Ad9GdF/build.UJj/src/debian/tests/system-bus: 127: systemctl: not found

QEMU testbed of Devuan was made as http://34.83.134.122/autopkgtest.html

I attach the test log as tar+gzip.
