Didn't read it myself but a lot of these shitty laws are designed
in such a way that if you read them literally, they basically
only apply to government employees. The idea is that if ever you
challenge the law on it's constitutionality, a fair judge will
strike down your challenge because it's not unconstitutional
because it doesn't really say anything...

Then in ordinary court they try to establish that everyone is some
sort of "government employee" so that they can enforce it. That's
why some of these soverign citizen movements occasionally work,
because they cut them off at this point.

Try searching the Massachusetts gun laws to find where it says
that the people cannot keep arms without a license. Lemme know if
you find it ;)
