I built debs from tremon's devuan/experimental branch. First I uninstalled
eudev from repo (with the 234 epoch) and reverted to udev. (Had to specify
the version of libudev1 to "downgrade" it.)

    apt-get install udev libudev1=232-25+deb9u1

The new eudev debs installed fine. To revert to udev, I had to specify the
version of libudev1 again.

Next test: Installed eudev from experimental repo (232:3.2.2-devuan2.3)
and then installed tremon's eudev from my packages. (1:3.2.2-devuan2.4).
They installed easily again. I did not have to force dpkg to downgrade.
