It is not causing a breakage, it will not install so things will not break. Neither apt or synaptic will
allow the installation. In synaptic it turns red and considers the selected for upgrade packages
as being broken. In apt the following comes out:
[cut and paste from shell:
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
qupzilla : Depends: libqt5webenginecore5 (>= 5.7.1) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libqt5webenginewidgets5 (>= 5.7.1) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libqupzilla1 (= 2.1.2~dfsg1-2) but 1.8.9~dfsg1-3.1 is to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

I did say I am running ceres, upgraded to ceres from ascii, only two packages are held
back after upgrade. Qupzilla and libqupzilla....
