No. They should go into devuan-packages as they are merely replacement
packages for devuan. We will build them for the jessie-proposed repo's
first where they can be pulled in and tested from. For entirely new
packages, they can go into experimental the proper place for review...

Yeah, it's quite normal for a single source package to build multiple
binary packages.
