Guided by this and other good emailed feedback, I've updated the code
slightly, and made a new build for amd64, plus added the source bundles
to the release area. As far as I remember, there's no change to
function, apart from some very slight polishing to the "action" files.
The source is however restructured, and I've added the debian packaging
files.
