Well, To mount /usr, udev has to make it available first (via mddevice
and lvm). But udev uses ps internal and ps is, in new debians, linked
against libsystemd and libsystemd depends on libraries in /usr.

And Biebl in his divine wisdom just closed the bug report as wontfix.
