I just restarted the gitlab service, now should be better.

However, the issue is related with the amount of ram used which is near
the maximum available. Unicorn and sidekiq are using a lot of ram: shall
we decrease the number of sidekiq process to something more human, let's
say 5-10 processes instead of 25?
