Subject: [Libbitcoin] Large amount of failed connections
I'm getting a lot of failed connections in the debug.log. I'm not sure
of the problem. However restarting the server seems to fix the issue.

I notice there's no longer a hosts.cache file. Has it been disabled
because it was getting filled with bad hosts?
