My Devuan wired network takes maybe 10-15 seconds to come up after I come out of suspend. What's up with that. It was always ready on Squeeze and Wheezy. Now I twiddle my thumbs and wait until wicd wakes up. It's really annoying . . .

Any ideas why it's doing that?
