I suspect that even for the most rapid of systemd fanboys, getting your licence to use GPL software revoked* for breaking the terms of the licence is probably going over the line.
* And then, getting all your US based infrastructure shut down when your hosting companies get DMCA requests over the (now) illegally distributed software.
Yes, as said before, the GPL and "copyleft" is indeed a powerful weapon.
