Solved doing:

CC        :=g++

in the Makefile. Even though i get some errors:

[...]

fs.c:142:28: error: ‘fskit_entry_new’ was not declared in this scope
     child = fskit_entry_new();
                             ^
fs.c:152:93: error: invalid conversion from ‘__uid_t {aka unsigned int}’
to ‘const char*’ [-fpermissive]
        rc = fskit_entry_init_file( child, sb.st_ino, sb.st_uid,
sb.st_gid, sb.st_mode & 0777 );

[...]

Ok, Jude Nelson advised:

*The vdev_subprocess error comes from trying to build vdevfs, an
optional add-on to vdev that is still under development and has not bee
sync'ed with some recent changes to the rest of the codebase. You can
avoid building it with no loss of functionality*
