maybe we can ahead of the conf do a bitcoin magic hat address so
we have something to start from.

I think the most important thing now is a good place, on-site orga. do
we know already people who can help there? IIRC over on the
redecentralize list some people from berlin volunteered -- but they are
having a redecentralize conf mid october in London now.
