If someone wants to change it I wouldn't mind that either. What's most important is that the info is accurate. Can you tell I'm no UX person?

as I'm the one hosting the ws on my server, I guess I'll be on this group, I4ll handle the design / code but would love help on creating new content. I have also the keys to the TW account but I'm not relly good at tweeting relevant thing any help here is welcome

All I can say now is that if the conference should be free, then that goes for the food as well. I personally wouldn't mind if the food was harvested through dumpster diving, but maybe others don't like this? I'm guessing we will be at least 100 people, so it would require some preparation to get the ingredients ;)

while the idea is nice, as you mentionend scale WILL be an issue here so we will see how well it goes but I would not bet on dumster diving too much.

I would also add a group to start planning and coordinating who we want to have and start poking them about SQ, everybody will probably help on that matter, but we need dedicated ppl to keep track of that and centralise contacts and such

I'm also wondering what should we setup to have some proper places to gather all the internal informations and status of each tasks
