I've implemented crude pseudo-dependency support here

and implemented the 'epoch merge' and 'epoch unmerge' commands, which
allow you to automatically delete or add a config file's Import= line,
as requested by Anto, here

Keep in mind that the latter command merely edits the file on disk, you
still need to call 'epoch configreload'.

I'm going to release 1.3.0 probably day-after-tomorrow, and just asking
