Ah, yes. That expression means did these items/ideas come over with the
fork as well or not. One of the things that made Debian special were
these democratic ideas. Unfortunately, just like in real government,
special interests can stack the deck (e.g. dominate committees) and
push things that are self serving and maybe not in the best interests
of the greater community. Things like the technical committee
appointing people (rather than a via a full vote) seems like a bad idea
to me, and should likely be revisited in Devuan.
