Highlighted sections indicate release versioning plan. These are all
currently in place with the exception of tags.

I expect the releases to be coincident and complete (tagged) within the
next few days.

This includes libbitcoin-server (FKA obelisk v2.0) and
libbitcoin-explorer (AKA bx, v2.1).

BX has been upgraded to support new stealth features exposed by
libbitcoin-server and no longer supports the Obelisk fetch-stealth or
watch-address features.

All repos remain backward compatible with previous releases on their
respective branches.
