Hi Jaume,

regarding the funding model:
The mailinglist was not publishing my post since a few weeks, so the post was a bit outdated...
I already found that the dual donation/investment combination will be too risky from a legal perspective, so I dropped that idea for the moment.
I will just go on and ignore the funding problem at the moment...

Regarding the exchange:
Yes your suggestion could be another approach.
But I am already in the middle of implementation and wanted to get the best solution from usability point of view possible inside the constraints (bank tx between peers).
