I agree completely, I am not suggesting that the individual should ever
look to the majority of his peers to determine proper or moral action.
There should be no decision making body, such as a parliament or Supreme
Court, to tell an individual what he must do or what is right.

I believe true community is developed and supported through peer-to-peer
interactions, or more simply, through personal relationships. It is through
these forms of voluntary association, with utmost respect for the
individual, that every member of a society can learn how to bring about
mutual benefit for both oneself and the group (or other individuals).
Therefore, it is the voluntary actions of individuals that the secure and
improve the future for the collective.

I see the peer-review of one's values, the act of seeking the perspective
of those you choose associate with, as a method to assist each individual
in staying true to his values in his actions.
