When you start with a faulty premise you end with faulty conclusions.

It seems that you agree with me that this one premise either validates or invalidates our theories and thus it is pointless to debate beyond this starting premise.

I can contend that there are many things that keep a bad actor from smashing in your head including:

1) You have the ability to defend yourself
2) You have the ability to hire someone to defend yourself
3) You have the ability to buy insurance in the event the above options fail.

Given these three options, it seems like your initial premise is falsified.

The problem with your entire system where the individual is not KING is that all socialism and collectivism is based upon some individuals asserting the right to smash your head in if you disagree with them. Collectivism empowers bad actors on a massive scale in the name of the common good.

Unfortunately there is no unit of goodness and thus no way to measure the common good… in the name of some unmeasurable good collectivism promotes measurable bad (theft, murder, and slavery of those who disagree).

Society does not exist until AFTER the individual.
