I don't agree with these kinds of arguments. The structure of society is
not changed by an act of will by individuals.

It's changed, in the long run, by changes in incentives coming from
changes in what actions are possible - which is caused by changes in
technology.

I agree that dystopian outcomes like govcoin are possible, but what I
don't agree with is that that can be avoided by encouraging people or
making rational arguments about what's right. The incentive structure is
everything.
