I also agree with Mathias, and have found a new project called BTC-E at https://btc-e.com/ where you can buy BTC as well as other digitals for much less than at Localbitcoins. But the achilles heel is still getting funds into the project. Us guys here in the USA are shut out from nearly all the e-currency exchangers by our oppressive over-reaching all-spying government! Yea to anarchists like Amir Taaki and Cody Wilson, et al. Viva Liberitad!

Thanks for listening,
Bill

I agree with Mathias. Also looking forward to hearing more about your project.

Cheers,

Localbitcoins is a good project, but it lacks ease of use. Which is key. Would be interresting to hear more about. Code is at https://github.com/themighty1/ssllog and other places. Detailed technical descriptions aren't really set up but you can see the (completely rambling) development in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=173220.msg3429555#msg3429555 . Would people be interested in our coming to Milan to discuss it? I realise (well I think I do) that the meetup/conference is not mostly about this kind of thing, but I just thought there might be some interest. _______________________________________________ unSYSTEM mailing list: http://unsystem.net https://mailinglists.dyne.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/unsystem _______________________________________________ unSYSTEM mailing list: http://unsystem.net https://mailinglists.dyne.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/unsystem -- Editor-in-Chief Bitcoin Magazine
