The Trac is effectively no longer maintained as we have basically
defected from piksel.no.

Static is not supported; it is a dynamic plugin model only. There is
no mechanism provided by frei0r to choose a frei0r effect.

The source includes a build-shotcut.sh script that is used to
cross-compile frei0r with mingw.
