Subject: Re: [dyne:bolic] How do I ripp a track from a CD on Dyne?
Hi
As Richard wrote It seems that command cdparanoia -B 01- in a terminal rips whole cd to wav. I've then collected all the tracks I need to encode to one folder and then opened terminal in that folder. Then just oggenc -q5 *.wav command encodes all files ending .wav to medium quality ogg. One can use any number from 0 to 10 but less than 5 does not sound good.

you might want to look at grip (http://nostatic.org/grip/)
It provides a nice interface to do the ripping - gets the names from
the net, etc
