Hi,

had problems connecting as well.

I changed my MTU to 1460 instead of 1500 and got connected.

in terminal:
#ifconfig ethX MTU 1460
#ifconfig ethX up
#dhcpcd ethX

That got me an IP address. Not very knowledgable in linux myself but....
for what its worth.
