That was exactly the tip I mentioned, but it doesn't work here, neither with
eth0 nor eth1. BTW dhcpcd needs parameter eth0 too.
My problem is that none of the cards are mapped to eth?, and I find no way to
do so. Manual and web-site have no indication as on how to setup hardware that
is not recognized 'on the fly'.

Related question: once I get the hw recognized, how do I have this occur
automatically on boot? (nested and docked).
