I use a Hauppauge HVR-5525 PCIe card for DVB-T, DVB-T2 and DVB-S
reception with tvheadend. It uses standard kernel drivers, so you could
control it directly with VLC or command-line tools if you don't need
recording/streaming.

(I've never bothered with DAB/DAB+ because here in the UK, all the
stations I'd ever want to listen to are available on DVB-T/S in higher
quality...)
