Over on https://nyaw.wiki.devuan.org/ I have a toolbar at the top with a
sunglasses icon for switching between light and dark themes. I'm trying
to keep things mostly static, with no Javascript or cookies. Which
basically means it can't recall which theme you picked when you go to the
next page.

I guess I could duplicate all the pages in light and dark themed
versions, then code that in the URL. But that sort of solution doesn't
scale well.

CSS might have a way of sneaking it in there, dunno I'm no CSS expert.

I haven't poked hard at this problem yet.
