Every now and then, I check up on the development of the GNU Hurd
kernel, just to see how it's going. I've just noticed that there's an
experimental version of debian using the Hurd kernel. I wondered if
there had been any thoughts of getting devuan to work with the Hurd. It
might not be too difficult, and would be interesting to attempt. 

(At the moment, I'm not clear whether debian/hurd uses systemd: I
assume that it must do. I guess the thing is to try it out in a VM:
I'll do so and report back.)
