Leaving the license wars aside, writing manpages for busybox would be a
confusing undertaking, and probably distro-specific. Really, busybox is
designed to be custom-compiled, so you can choose the built-ins you
need.
Each utility has a simple "--help" and the site has a more complete one
at
www.busybox.net/downloads/BusyBox.html
The built-in help might be behind a compile-time flag, but I can't RTFM
right now since the site is being very slow for me.
