Correct, my Pi cluster would not update because of running from nfs. apt
dist-upgrade mentions it as a reason to not install but does not offer a
solution. I have uninstalled usrmerge and usr-is-merged packages, set
pin priority to -1 and was able to finish the update. And have a
unsupported system for now.
