Security of Telegram server-side operations is questionable from the
beginning, but that's not the issue here - the issue seems to be that
you are blacklisting a company founder because he Russian-born, no?
Highly likely involvement? in what? He left Russia many years ago, to
never came back. You are spreading FUD.
