The end result of usrmerge is that a) everyting in /bin, /sbin, /lib*
get moved to /usr/bin, /usr/sbin, and /usr/lib* (correspondingly), and
the previous directories /bin, /sbin and /lib* become symbolic links
to /usr/bin, /usr/sbin and /usr/lib* (correspondingly).

Partition usages change accordingly.
