This isn't an authoritative answer but I'd be surprised if Devuan were to support a processor that Debian abandons.
Devuan's packages are for the most part just Debian's packages, and we redirect requests for package downloads directly to Debian's package repositories -- except for a few pagkages that we maintain ourselves so they work without systemd.
I doubt Devuan has the resources to maintain its own complete package servers.
We rely on Debian.
