In the README file, you *really* need to delete the following string:

"any "DEI" or similar"

On the face of it, DEI is about politics and nothing else. It's an
American slur made by people fondly remembering the times when it was
cool to abuse people based on the group they were in.

And look at it this way: If you're to use specific examples of
discriminatory policies, why not name male geeks grabbing female geeks
at industry shows, people calling other project members "faggot", or
managers abusing a highly skilled subordinate because he or she is
black? Believe me, you're best off eliminating the specificities,
rather than getting yourself mired in flawed and silly American
politics.

By the way, I'm an American from Central Florida, so I see all this dog
whistle "DEI" and "woke" stuff on a daily basis.
