Autologin seems to be broken in excalibur, but I can't identify where the
problem is. When I boot that iso in qemu, the second option brings me to
runlevel 4 and root is logged in, but it doesn't show me a prompt until I
hit enter. And if I run a command, it doesn't show me the output until I
press enter a second time. Then it shows me two prompts. The user is
logged in on tty2-6 but again, no prompt shows until I press enter.

When I try to switch to runlevel 2, it just goes to a black screen.
If I try booting the first option, which goes to runlevel 2, it just goes
to a black screen.

If I boot the iso in virtualbox, it works as expected. Second option has
root logged in on tty1 and devuan logged in on tty2-6. Issuing init 2
brings up the graphical login screen. Booting the first option and going
directly to runlevel 2 also brings you to a graphical login screen. That
part is my doing. I added 'noautologin' to the boot command because I was
running into problems with autologin. Now I think the problem is just in
qemu.

If I remove 'noautologin' from the first boot option, I get logged into
the desktop without the graphical login screen. It works in virtualbox and
if I boot from a usb stick. In qemu, it brings me to the desktop, but
mouse and keyboard don't work sometimes, and if they do, it's only for a
few seconds and then the window freezes.

I'll make another iso and only put the 'noautologin' on the root access
boot option, which ironically will allow it to autologin correctly. That's
due to the custom /etc/inittab that KatoloZ made some years ago.
