/usr/lib/rsyslog/rsyslog-rotate uses invoke-rc.d to notify rsyslog to
reopen logs but it doesn't work when using
policy-rcd-declarative-deny-all so shouldn't the logrotate
configuration snippet use rather 'service' ?
