Hi,

We're considering moving from github.com to our self hosted forgejo
instance (on git.maemo.org) in an attempt to become less dependent on
github and to extend our CI infrastructure. Currently we only build
packages on demand when we want to make a release in Jenkins, but it
would be helpful if we could start running tests and builds in CI
runners when we make commits.

The move would entail the following:

1. Migrate all our repositories to git.maemo.org (including branches,
issues, open and closed merge requests, tags, etc)
2. Set up a push-mirror back to Github
3. Move our Jenkins sources to git.maemo.org (from github)
4. Mark the repositories on github as mirrors
5. Set up an oauth2 bridge so that folks can use their github account to
log into git.maemo.org

There is no scheduled day/time for this migration yet. The migration
might coincide with the upcoming daedalus (bookworm) release, but we
might also perform the migration before hand.

Any thoughts / opinions / objections?
