When you're asked how to partition your disk(s), select the manual
option, not any of the guided options. You should see a partition table
that matches whatever the disk already had. From there you can select
the individual partitions (use cursor keys to navigate, enter to select)
to configure filesystem types, mount points and, depending on the
filesystem type, a few more settings.
