Acronyms and jargon are fine among enlightened insiders. Acronyms
save a few keystrokes. Jargon helps to reinforce collegiality of
those "in the know".

I'm still baffled by AWS and just resorted to Wikipedia where the best
option appears to be "Technology ... Autonomous Web Services, via the
World Wide Web". Caught the right answer?
