All full featured browsers suck. Chromium sucks less than Firefox.
Qutebrowser sucks in different ways than Chromium.

All this being said, I use Chromium every day, because it's the most
likely to reasonably display the awful, invalid HTML given us by the
major players.

My advice:

1) Install Devuan's Chromium package and use Chromium.

2) Install and use an ad blocker to make your computer more performant.
You cannot begin to imagine how RAM and CPU those advertisements use.
