For example, you send a message which appears on the list at noon UTC
with a time stamp a few seconds earlier. Then my reply appears with a
time stamp of 11:45 UTC?

If I happened to reply at 12:45 UTC, the one hour daylight savings
error might explain. If my reply was sent at 13:45 UTC and the time
stamp is 11:45 UTC, I can't explain.

Will try to fix my daylight savings error.
