By the way, tv tuner cleaner/lube is useful for much more than tv
tuners.

unfortunately it is hard to find. It tends to come as an aerosol
spray. It also tends to spray far too much for applying to parts smaller
than tv tuners.

(Older/oldest TV tuners used a modified ganged rotary switch to select
VHF channels.)

Relay contact cleaner is similar.
