For Google Chrome use chromium or chromium_browser (I think it is the former on debian/devuan). It is the open source version of Chrome and thus has the same engine but some of the rubbish about Google Account, printer sharing (a Chromebook feature) and similar taken out. You won't miss them.
Major distros now want you to use a flatpak for complex, frequently updated software with lots of dependencies like Chromium. Luckily the normal package is still in devuan.
